On August 20th, McDonald’s Family Restaurant Real Life Seminars will be at Toolooa State High School to present ‘Real Life’ seminars to Year 10 and 11 students.
Year 10 Students will participate in the ‘Puff the Magic Dragon’ seminar, which deals with the facts about substance abuse. With multimedia music and real life stories, this seminar explores the statement that ‘abundance in life is found in meaningful relationships not escapism’.
The year 11 students will engage in a choices seminar, looking at how one choice can change your life forever.
Rhys McFadden has been involved in high school presentations since 1995 and is a popular and regular visitor to the school. He has a passion and commitment to relate to youth and youth issues in a relevant way. This seminar will be a part of the HRE/RE program here at Toolooa State High School. If you have any concerns about your student participating in this seminar, please contact me directly on 4971 4305 by Tuesday 18th August.
