Students at Toolooa SHS have been working on a Robotics in Mining project for this term. They have been involved in a range of activities to control robots using computer programming. Featured in the video is students trying to navigate around a corner using the ultra sonic senor. The activity was in response their assessment item based on the Carnegie Mellon courseware. Navigation is the is the first step in building a mapping robot.
