Port Curtis Sport Teams

This has been a big term for representative sports for Toolooa State High School. We are only half way through term one yet over half our Port Curtis trials have already been conducted. Our students have done a fantastic job at each of these trials with quite a few being selected for the Port Curtis team in their chosen sports. Congratulations to the following students who have been successful in making Port Curtis teams so far this year:

I am still awaiting some Port Curtis team lists so if you notice your son or daughter is missing from this list it is highly likely they will be in the next newsletter article. A list of students who have made Capricornia teams will also come out later in the term. Best of luck to all students travelling to Capricornia trials this term!

Cross Country
Quick reminder…Our cross country will be on the last day of this term. Fun run forms have already gone out to students who are interested. The fun run ties in with our cross country and gives students an opportunity to raise money for new sports equipment for the PE department. Money raised also accumulates house points for the carnival itself. If your son/daughter has not collected a form but would like one please ask them to come to the PE staffroom to collect one.

Yours in Sport,
