Enrolling at our school

Enrolment checklist

We require the following to be completed, returned or sighted.

  • Sight student's birth certificate
  • Proof of Address (Lease Agreement, Utility Bill etc.)
  • Student enrolment form
  • Enrolment agreement
  • Media Release consent form
  • ICT and Internet acceptable use agreement form
  • Guidance Consent Form


Medical information

Please ensure we have any important and/or relevant Medical Information regarding your student on file in case of emergency. If your child has a condition that requires medication to be administered during the school day, our staff are required to follow some specific procedures. 

A medical details form must be completed by a parent/guardian and returned to the school prior to administration of the medication. The form includes medical condition categories to assist in easy identification of specific conditions.  Medications must be in their original box/packaging with a pharmacy label that includes clear instructions on the time and dosage required.
