From The Deputy
With Jess Batey
There was certainly a ‘buzz’ around the school on Monday, when our full suite of cohorts returned to face-to-face learning at school. I would like to officially welcome all the Year 7 – 10 students back to school.
As much as students and parents were excited about the return to school, many students were left feeling anxious about the return. I’d like to remind students that we need them to communicate with their teachers, especially if there’s something they’ve missed during remote learning. Our teachers bend over backwards for their students, but they can’t fix problems they don’t know about. We, as a school, completely understand that remote learning has been difficult for some, and we’re ready for a flexible end to the term.
