The second semester of each school year means that transitions are starting. A fantastic information package has been put together for all Year 10 families this fortnight, allowing students to get familiar with senior schooling pathway options, and the associated subject selections. All families of Year 10 students should have received an email with the information package, along with links to information videos on our YouTube channel. If you’ve missed out on this email, please contact a member of our Senior Schooling Team.
We are currently busy planning for the transition of Year 6 students into Year 7 in 2021. Things are having to look a little different this year, with COVID-19 restrictions meaning we need to cap information sessions to 100 participants. Bookings for these sessions are absolutely essential. For all the details, please check out the Toolooa State High School Facebook page.
Assessment calendars for term 3 will be handed out to students in the next week. Students are encouraged to take their calendars home and place them somewhere that will be easily accessed throughout the term. Students are also encouraged to discuss their assessment calendar with their families so that they can work together towards organisation and great results.
I wish all our students a productive, happy and successful term.
