From The Deputy

With Jess Batey

We have definitely hit the ground running for term four! This is set to be a busy and exciting time for our students and staff alike. Please make sure you’re aware of the finishing dates for your child’s year level, as every day between now and then counts.

Families of senior students will be receiving information soon in relation to their end of year celebrations and activities. Furthermore, students who will be recognised with subject awards or special awards at the end of the year should expect to receive further information and invitations in the coming weeks. Despite COVID restrictions ‘putting a spanner in the works’, we are still endeavouring to make the end of year celebrations just as special as normal.

If your child is transitioning into Year 7 at TSHS in 2021, please ensure that your paperwork has been submitted ASAP. Our staff are liaising with the staff at our local primary schools, and we’re starting to put class groups together for our incoming cohort. The earlier we have the enrolment paperwork, the better we are able to support our transitioning students.

Deputy Principal
