Top Effort Toolooa
Well done to the Toolooa community who stepped up during the QLD and NSW schools Community Blood Challenge and took out the overall winner trophy.
This year Lifeblood Australia widened the challenge to include all QLD and NSW schools in the blood drive and Toolooa achieved fantastic results. Giving blood or plasma takes a small amount of your time but makes a massive difference to the lives of those who receive the blood products.
Special mention must be given to the graduating class of 2022 who signed up following a presentation by Rosie and eagerly donated blood or plasma once they had turned 18.....even encouraging their parents to join them.
