During my trip to Canberra for the Youth National Constitutional Convention I learned much about the topics relevant to the debated change to the constitution (section 96) that being fiscal federalism and the powers of the state. As well as gaining a deeper understanding on the processes that dictate the governing of our nation. Besides the convention itself I was presented with a wide range of wonderful experiences, which included; being received at Government House and Meeting His Excellency The (now former.) Governor General David Hurley, attending a dinner at the National Press Club and sitting in on a Session of Question time in Parliament.
