This term our Year 11 Hospitality students have been busy planning and preparing to hold their first event, a High Tea. Last week saw both Year 11 Hospitality classes present their High Tea events. Guests were treated to lots of delicious food and beverages. Students were able to put their skills and knowledge into action which resulted in a successful event.
